Introduction

Hello, I'm Lyedria, I'm in my twentiesI've done art for about 10 years but only gotten serious about it for a few years now. I've been to art school ! Learned about painting, sculpting, photography, etc. But it's been 4 years now and sadly I have lost some of the things I learned due to not practicing for 3 years straight.Yet I only started digital art 1 year ago, I'm still pretty new to it ! I mostly draw on my phone and am currently putting money aside to buy a drawing tablet !If it’s possible, I'm also going back to school in summer 2025 to become a nurse !For years now I always dreamed about streaming and made that dream a reality ! I've been streaming inconsistently for two years. But with the debut happening, it opens door to a whole new me and a whole new world ♥

About my creations

I currently offer some YCH, emotes, 3d Vtuber models (vroid), 2d Vtuber model with rigging and very simple Logo all on Ko-Fi

Tos

General

♰By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.♰This is my first time doing commissions, so please be patient with me ♥♰Prices are a starting point, depending on the complexity of the art, it may change♰Ko-Fi is the main platform used by the artist and the client♰Credit is obligatory for personal use and comercial use♰Please provide clear descriptions, images and references. Long wall of text are not allowed, please make sure it's nicely putted for a better understanding, thank you♰Please make sure that all reference images you provide are either your own or that you have obtained the necessary permissions to use them. I kindly remind you that I cannot take responsibility for any issues that may result from using images without proper authorization.♰I reserve the right to decline any commission in progress for any reasons, such as ill behaviors, proclaming I used AI in my own work and failed to follow the tos. With no refund!♰I am not responsible for any breaks happening after the customer edits the files of the commission such as vroid studio and live 2d♰If the client desires to have files of the products, such as vroid or live 2d files, please make sure to let me know in advance. Even if a third party edits said files, the client still have to give credits to every party♰I keep the files for a month, it's the customer responsability to save any files on their end♰No changes will be made after the delivery of the product, unless exception made by the artist♰Will do : Original character, fanart, adult looking character, character with animal features such as tail, claw, wings, etc♰Won't do : Young/lolita characters, heavily muscular, realism, furry, armor, NSFW♰I have the right to post the commission once finished on my portfolio and social media, unless notified otherwise by the client♰I have the right to decline a commission if I judge being unable to do it myself♰Please note that I'm still new to some services like 2d vtuber model rigging, some breaks may and will happen! It will not look perfect, that is why it is so cheap!!!

Payment and refund

♰All payment are through Ko-Fi only♰Please note there is not payment option for faster delivery♰I will not accept split method of payment♰Please note the platform uses a 15% taxes which I am not responsible for, thank you for understanding♰Please make sure you have enough money before commissioning me, I will not make any exceptions about the payment method♰No refund will be accepted after the first sketch as been sent unless a valid reason with proof (if possible)♰All refund must be in a reasonable timeframe, once the commission is considered done, no refund will be possible♰If you request a refund through your payment service, you will lose the right to receive my services in the future. The service in question will be put up for sale

Usage and copyright

♰I retain the intellectual property rights♰The client is allowed to use commission for monetized content such as streaming, social medias, personal servers like discord and claim the character yet not the art work itself.♰The client does not reserve the right to redistribute, edit, resell, trace, use in AI, claim as own or reposting without credit, any commissions. Cannot give away or sell any of my commissions at all !!!♰Commercial use is in the pricing for Vtuber 2d and 3d models only♰For other commission, commercial use is a 100% fee, meaning the price is doubled2D VTUBER MODEL ART BASE♰For live 2d models, I am using the body base of VtuberBasics @ Etsy, which I own the commercial use for it. Here are the rules of the base :■ You (The customer) may not distribute(besides rigger/artist), reproduce, or profit from this non-commercial license.■ You (The customer) are allowed to send to your rigger/artist and they must also respect the TOS (Terms of Service) provided here.■ You (The customer) may use this to stream/videos if you use this body base for your own vtuber.■ You (The customer) may NOT trace to create your own and you may not pretend the body was made by you.■ Credit must be given (to VtuberBasics @ Etsy) if sharing anything using this body (in any form such as VTuber model, adoptable, etc) and would be greatly appreciated!

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

♰Delivery method can be through Ko-fi or email depending on the commission and the client choice. Email is highly recommended♰Delivery can be a few days/weeks/months depending on the complexity of the commission. Here are the standars time of delivery since I am going back to school soon :
♰YCH : 2-3 weeks
♰3d Vtuber model : 1-2 months
♰2d Vruber model : 1-2 months
♰Logo : 1-2 weeks♰As for deadlines, I do not accept fast delivery or skipping lines

Communication

♰All communication are mainly through VGen and Ko-fi, yet feel free to ask any questions on twitter dms♰I expect all exchanges to be respectful♰If I have no news of the client in the spend of two weeks after an update has been sent, the commission will be put on hold for a month, after a month it will close and no refund will be possible♰It is my job as your artist to always give an update, I will make sure to keep the client updated through each stages of the commission♰For any questions about my tos, feel free to message me on twitter

Revision

♰Please be comfortable to tell me if you want any changes in the sketch process, you will have 3 changes available to you for free for each steps. After 3 changes a 3$ fee will be added to each changes

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms

Make sure to always review the tos before commissionning me, some changed may be made and it's the client responsability to be up to date
